Welcome, my name is Irving E. Pole. I am currently a 18 year old freshman from Pennsauken, NJ, that attends Rider University. My major is undecided as of now, because i am weighing out all of my options. . I am a part of various clubs at Rider such as the 2008 club volleyball, where I serve as the team leader. I am a member of the Multi-Cultural Student Leadership Institution, which motivates futures leaders on campus and a member of Rider Serves, a community based club dedicated to help out the community. I plan to graduate Rider in 2012 with a degree that will allow me to show my strengths in my future career. This blog serves to display my interest, my short and long term goals. Biography
I was born on June 24th 1990 in Voorhees Hospital. My mother was from Camden, NJ while my father was a Bermudian native. I grew up in Camden, NJ, however I moved to Pennsauken, NJ for a more quiet and nurturing environment.
I was enrolled in the Public schooling system for all 12 years. I currently work part time at Wawa Inc. Through my job my experience I learned how to be independent and reliable.
I plan to graduate with a master's degree or even a Doctorate degree in the sports field, although I am undecided as of now the specific major I want to pick. Nonetheless, I would like to see myself in the future as a Physical Therapist or a Professional Trainer.

Public Speaking Tecniques I Learned From Speech Class
The various techniques that I learned from my Speech Communication class consisted of; having good Eye Contact, using the correct Hand Gestures , Being "Sticky" with your introduction , Different Delivery Methods, Credibility, and Appealing to the audience. Community Service
I volunteered at Shallow Baptist church during my EOP(Educational Opportunity Program) summer, furthermore I volunteered at the Local group home doing landscapping.
As a member of the Multicultural Student Leadership Institute, our club is very committed to community service. We serve for our community with Rider Serves, a community service based organization.
